Our Services

Commercial and Residential

One contractor, one number to call, and the same crew from the foundation to the trim. Roof, siding, windows and decking on the outside, framing, kitchens, baths and trim on the inside, so you are not the one coordinating five companies who blame each other.

Additions

Extra room, second storey, in law suite or garage. We tie the new structure into the existing house so the join does not show.

ADU Projects

A second, self contained home on the lot you already own. Detached backyard units, garage conversions and basement apartments.

See ADU projects

Framing

Floors, walls and roofs framed square and plumb. Structural work is the part nobody sees, and the part everything else depends on.

See framing

Siding

Vinyl and fiber cement, installed with the flashing and house wrap details that keep water out of the wall for good.

See siding

Roofing and Shingles

Tear off and re roof, or new roofs on new builds. Asphalt shingles, ice and water shield, proper ventilation at the ridge.

See roofing

Decking

Pressure treated and composite decks, stairs and railings, built on footings that will not move through a New England winter.

See decking

Remodeling

Rooms taken back to the studs and put back better, and attics, basements and unused corners turned into space you actually use.

See remodeling

Trimming

Baseboard, casing, crown, stair parts and built ins. Finish carpentry is what people run their hand along, so the joints have to be tight.

Some of the Work

A few finished jobs. More of them, with the detail on what was involved, are on the projects page.

Grey shaker kitchen with a granite peninsula and island

Kitchen and Bath

Cabinetry, granite counters, tile and fixtures, laid out in 3D before anything is ordered.

Foundation and ICF walls on a new build

New Construction

Foundation and insulated concrete form walls going up on a new single family build.

Bathroom with large format porcelain panels

Remodeling

Large format porcelain panels around a new tub, with a recessed niche set into the wall.

How a Job Runs

The same four steps on a bathroom and on a new house. You always know who is coming, when, and what it costs before the work starts.
